Policies

 Shipping:

Free Shipping inside the United States Mainland only. There will be an extra charge for items shipped to Canada, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

  • Perception Optics uses UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS at our discretion depending on where the item is shipped  from and destination of item                                     
  • All APO/FPO addresses will be shipped USPS
  • Any requests for special delivery not including ground shipping will be charged accordingly to the customer
  • We will ship inside the Continental United States, Canada, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico only.
  • We can only ship to a physical address.
  • We can not ship to a P.O. Box 
  • If an order was lost in transit, we will be glad to offer you a replacement or a refund on the original payment  after the lost item has gone through the proper investigative procedure.

 

Returns:

Perception Optics guarantees that your satisfaction is our top priority. We do our best to make returns as hassle free as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item for reimbursement or exchange. Please read our simple return guidelines below

  • Please direct all returns to  returns@perceptionoptics.com
  • All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RA) number issued by Perception Optics. Please email:       returns@perceptionoptics.com for an RA number. Product returned without this authorization will be refused.
  • All returns including the RA number must be returned to the designated warehouse supplied to you by   Perception Optics
  • Defective and Non-defective product can be returned within 30 days of sale through Perception Optics.  Upon receipt of the return and inspection of item the customer will then be credited, minus any freight, shipping or restocking fees.
  • Returns will not be accepted 30 days after sale, regardless of reason.   After 30 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances
  • Non- defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Do NOT write the RA number on the original package. This will make the product ineligible for resale.
  • All returns must be returned PREPAID regardless of reason. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without freight expense or a handling fee to the customer.
  • Special orders or closeouts are considered a closed sale and will not be eligible for return

 

Damages and Defects:

 

  • Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment has been released. Please save all packaging - it must be available for inspection by the carrier. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No damage claims will be accepted for any reason after 10 days of receipt of goods
  • Items with manufacturing defects must be sent directly to the specific manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms after our 30 day return window

 

Out of Stock and Back ordered Items:

 

  • Even though we continually check our inventory, mistakes do happen. If a product you have ordered is Out of Stock, Back Ordered or No Longer Available you will be notified within 24 hours. Back Ordered items will be mailed as soon as they are available. If YOU choose, you will also be given the choice for a comparable item of similar cost and quality or we will gladly refund your amount, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our only goal!

 

Taxes:

 

  • Taxes will be charge for all items Purchased inside the state of Colorado ( currently 5.53%)

 

Privacy:

 

  • For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
  • The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

 

Terms of  Use:

 

  • You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
